Mammoth Lake PD and Mono County Sheriff Explorers awarded 2023 Matt Ward Exploring On Memorial Scholarships

Mono County Sheriff Explorer, Donna Cencea, and Mammoth Lake PD Explorer Charles Peake were awarded the Matt Ward Memorial Scholarship for 2023.  Presenting the award to Donna and Charles are Matt’s mother, Gloria Opstad and David Opstad both Exploring On Board Members.
