Cypress Police Explorer awarded the 2023 Matt Ward Exploring On Memorial Scholarship

Cypress Police Explorer Elliott Ko was awarded the Matt Ward Memorial Scholarship for 2023.  Presenting the award to Elliott is Matt’s mother and Exploring On Association President, Gloria Opstad.  She is joined by Exploring On Board Members, Ken Ramsey, Deanna Hartman, Connie Ward with Mackenzie, Rob Ward with McKenna, David Opstad and Diana Martinez, and Cypress Explorer Advisor, Cameron Presti.
