Orange Police Explorer awarded the 2023 Matt Ward Exploring On Memorial Scholarship

City of Orange Police Explorer Kimberlyn Cervantes was awarded the Matt Ward Memorial Scholarship for 2023. Presenting the award to Kimberlyn are Matt’s brother, Sgt. Rob Ward, Connie Ward from Tustin PD and Officer Diana Martinez from Cypress PD, all Exploring On Board Members. Congratulations to Kimberlyn and best wishes as you move on to Santiago Canyon College.
