Westminster Police Explorer awarded the 2023 Matt Ward Exploring On Memorial Scholarship

Westminster Police Explorer Bryan Hua was awarded the Matt Ward Memorial Scholarship for 2023. Presenting the award to Bryan is Matt’s mother and Exploring On Association President, Gloria Opstad, joined by Exploring On Board Members, David Opstad and Cypress Officer Diana Martinez, and Westminster PD Explorer Advisors.

Congratulations to Bryan and best wishes as you continue to achieve your goals at Cal State University Long Beach.
